Wiluna Mining is the 100% owner of one of Australia’s most substantial gold resources at the northern end of the Yilgarn Craton, Australia’s largest gold mining system. The Wiluna Operation consists of a district scale tenement package, hosting more than 7 million ounces of resources and established infrastructure.

Approximately 80km of resource definition and grade control drilling to inform an updated restart plan for the Wiluna underground, together with operational readiness works.
Approximately 160km of surface drilling targeting existing regional open pit deposits and walk-up exploration prospects, of which the highest priority targets have already been identified..
Completion of technical studies required to underpin restart plans for both underground and open pit operations once drill campaigns are complete.
Extinguishment of secured debt and the provision of substantial additional working capital.
The Company’s 100% owned Wiluna Mining Operation hosts 91.7Mt for 7.1Moz of Mineral Resources in the Northern Goldfields of Western Australia, supported by a 2.1Mtpa CIL processing facility, a modern 750ktpa gold concentrator, a gas-fired power station and a 300-person camp, providing the platform for a rapid return to full-scale operations.
