DEBORAH LORD

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Deborah Lord was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 26 November 2025.

Ms Lord has 35 years’ experience in the mineral resources sector. With a background in structural geology, she has worked in greenfield to near-mine exploration, and independently reviewed exploration and resource development projects globally across a range of commodities within leadership, management, consultancy, governance and research advisory positions. She is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee of Lunnon Metals (ASX:LM8) and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of E79 Gold Mines (ASX:E79). Ms Lord’s previous roles have included Head of Resource Governance at BHP and Board member of SRK Consulting (Australasia). Through her consulting company, VRM, she has prepared independent technical assessment and valuation reports on various exploration and resource development properties to support mergers and listings.

Ms Lord has a Bachelor of Science (Geology) with Honours from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow and Chartered Professional (Valuation) of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM(CP)) and Member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG). She is former Chair of the VALMIN Committee and an advisor to one of the JORC working groups. She was the recipient of the 2023 AusIMM President’s Award that recognises notable achievement within the resources sector.
