RICHARD HOLDER

INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Richard Holder was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 26 November 2025.

Mr Holder has over 35 years’ domestic and international mining experience as Chief Operating Officer, Site General Manager, Metallurgical and operational Professional.

Mr Holder is currently Chief Operating Officer for Tasmanian Gold Pty Ltd, overseeing a feasibility study for a restart of the Beaconsfield Gold Mine, and recently served as Chief Operating Officer for Hellyer Gold Mines Pty Ltd. Previous General Manager roles include Doray Minerals Limited (ASX:DRM, delisted following merger with Silver Lake Resources Limited), Bass Metals Ltd (later renamed Greenwing Resources Ltd, ASX:GW1), Alcyone Resources Limited (ASX:AYN, delisted) and Beaconsfield Gold NL (later renamed BCD Resources NL, ASX:BCD, delisted). As a highly experienced refractory gold and metallurgical professional, (including biological oxidation as previously utilised at Wiluna), Mr Holder has been engaged by mining companies, financiers and administrators to undertake due diligence and business improvement reviews as well as Independent Technical Expert role for mining feasibility studies.

Mr Holder has a Bachelor of Engineering (Minerals Engineering) with Honours from the Western Australian School of Mines and is a Fellow and Chartered Metallurgical professional of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (FAusIMM(CP)), Diplomas for Occupational Health and Safety and Business Management, Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and has previously held a board member position for the Tasmanian Minerals Council.
